Ratings were based on prioritization of work-life balance, focus on employees’ overall well-being, offering flexible and/or remote work policies, and maintaining clear communication and include CEOs from a variety of different industries, including healthcare, technology, and finance. In addition to overall CEO approval ratings, Glassdoor also reviewed comments specific to COVID-19 when evaluating CEO performance.
