DALLAS (April 7, 2020) – Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, has been selected as one of the 2020 FORTUNE Best Workplaces in Texas for the fourth consecutive year. Winners were evaluated and selected from more than 55,000 employee surveys from companies across Texas, conducted by Great Place to Work®, an independent research and consulting firm.
Employees responded to more than 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates and maintains a phenomenal work culture. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do. The remaining 15 percent of the rank is based on an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders. Great Place to Work® analyzes these experiences relative to each organization’s size, workforce demographics, and what’s typical in their industry and in Texas.
