Among the more than 830,000 employers reviewed on Glassdoor, the average company rating is 3.4. Ryan scored a 4.4 average across each of its 721 reviews, with 88 percent of current and former employees willing to recommend the international tax organization to a friend. Additionally, more than 94 percent approve of Ryan’s Chairman and CEO G. Brint Ryan.
