Brooke leads the Client Experience (CX) department and spearheads strategies that create a client-centric culture and continuously elevate the client experience.
Her CX team is responsible for research to obtain a 360-degree view of our clients and determines what matters most to them. She oversees the Client Insights program that establishes continuous client feedback loops and measures the experiences delivered. She manages the Firm’s Quality Assurance program to evaluate our team members’ compliance with best practices and Firm governance.
With more than 20 years of experience in the tax industry, Brooke has been directly responsible for multistate sales and use tax services delivery and had previously served as Senior Vice President, U.S. Operations.
Brooke is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas* and a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation from The University of Texas at Dallas.
