DALLAS (March 8, 2021) – Ryan, a leading global tax services and software provider, was recently named to the Forbes America’s Best Mid-Sized Employers 2021 list. In the wake of the global pandemic, the Firm was recognized as one of 500 companies in the country to have risen to the occasion by adapting in ways that benefited both their clients and employees. This is the second time Ryan has earned this honor.
Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to compile this year’s list by surveying 50,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Participants were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family and to nominate organizations other than their own. The final list ranked the 500 mid-sized employers that received the most recommendations.
“Being recognized as one of America’s best mid-sized employers by Forbes is a tremendous honor. Our top priority since the beginning of the global pandemic has been the health and safety of our team members and clients,” said Ryan Global President and Chief Operating Officer Ginny B. Kissling. “This challenging year prompted us to enhance our already robust benefit offerings to further promote well-being across our organization.”
Ryan recently created RyanTHRIVE, an initiative focused on employee health and well-being. RyanTHRIVE takes a holistic approach to health and well-being with programs and learning modules covering career, physical, financial, and emotional health. Ryan also offers a variety of benefits to improve employee health and well-being, including fitness subsidies, an employee financial assistance fund, generous parental leave policies, and a weight-loss program to provide employees with tools to improve their well-being year round.
