Lee Spirer is an Executive-in-Residence at Warburg Pincus, LLC focused on identifying, evaluating, and driving value creation for new and existing investments in business services.

Lee is a transformational leader with extensive experience driving change, digitizing businesses, and creating superior return on investment working with a wide range of investors and boards in both public and private companies. Lee has spent his career focused on professional services and data/technology-enabled business services.

Prior to Warburg Pincus, Lee served as CEO of CIBT Global, the largest global provider of mobility services for visa, passport, and immigration services and documentation.  Previously, Lee was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth and Transformation Officer for Navigant, a publicly traded, 6,000-employee consulting and managed services firm. Lee rebalanced the firm’s portfolio through a doubling of organic growth, acquisitions and divestitures, an expansion into managed services, digital transformation, and global sourcing. Lee led the successful sale process of Navigant to Veritas Capital/Guidehouse. Lee has also held leadership positions at Kroll, Dun & Bradstreet, and IBM when it acquired Mainspring. Lee spent the early years of his career as a strategy consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton.

Lee is a Board Member of the Yorkville Youth Athletic Association, one of the largest city-based athletic non-profits in the United States. Additionally, Lee regularly lectures at Brandeis University’s International Business School on topics of corporate strategy, combinations, and transformation.

Lee is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with a Master of Business Administration, Finance and Strategic Planning degree. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Brandeis University where he was Phi Beta Kappa.
