European VAT News Podcast | September 2021 Highlights

The month of September saw a number of updates from the European Union (EU) and EU member states. Changes included mandatory use of e-invoicing and e-reporting in France, several clarifications in Italy regarding amendments on implementing rules on electronic storage and transmission of data, application of reverse charge mechanism, VAT treatment of profit true-up adjustments, the implementation of the One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme and reimbursement procedural amendments in Romania, as well as some further COVID-19 updates in Italy, Malta, and the Netherlands.
