- Based in Mississauga, CA, Simon has spent the last 25 years building trusted relationships with many of the largest organizations in Canada and the United States, focusing on client development. He has deep knowledge in a number of industries, including mining, financial services, and insurance, and is director of client services.
Brent Louis
- Based in Calgary, AB, Brent brings 17 years of experience in strategic growth and client relationship management. He specializes in developing and expanding client services across Western Canada, with a particular focus on British Columbia, and emphasizes strong relationships and teamwork to deliver value to clients. Brent holds a Business Administration degree from Mount Royal University.
Pierre-Alexandre Marcheterre
- Based in Montréal, CA, Pierre-Alexandre brings more than 20 years of experience in client relationship management and business development. He specializes in Ryan’s Canadian service offerings across all industries, supporting clients in both Canada and the United States. Pierre-Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Arts from Université Laval.

- Based in Montréal, CA, Marc-Alexandre leads the Property Tax practice in Canada. He specializes in shopping centers, high-tech industrial buildings, and office towers. He is a proud member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec and serves as an expert witness before the courts. Marc-Alexandre holds a degree in Real Estate Appraisal from LaSalle College.

Michelle Potter
- Based in St. Petersburg, FL, Michelle specializes in identifying and securing employment tax refunds resulting from merger and acquisition activity across a wide range of industries. Carmen Ospina
- Based in Houston, TX, Carmen has been managing and leading business personal property compliance with national clients for more than 19 years. She specializes in high-volume processes, personal property tax, appeals, audits, and financial reporting across various industries, including the wireless infrastructure (tower) industry. Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Houston and the Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) Property Tax designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).

Tara Shaver
