This statewide award program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment, whose practices benefit the state’s businesses, economy, and workforce.
The annual list of the 2020 Best Companies to Work for in New York was created by the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS-SHRM) and Best Companies Group. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and employee survey process and analyzed the data, using their expertise to determine the final rankings.
