David Oldani is chief financial officer and senior vice president at Ryan, an award-winning global tax services and software provider and the largest Firm in the world dedicated exclusively to business taxes. In this leadership role, Mr. Oldani leads global finance operations, including Accounting, Tax, Financial Planning and Analysis, Risk Management, Investor Relations, and Treasury. He brings more than 25 years of senior executive leadership experience in establishing operating processes and delivering profitable results during periods of aggressive corporate change and growth.
Mr. Oldani’s comprehensive strategic leadership abilities include facilitating multimillion-dollar budgets while improving productivity, arranging and managing complex capital structures, cultivating productive investor relationships, and guiding global corporations through reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.
Prior to joining Ryan, Mr. Oldani was senior vice president – treasurer, investor relations, and financial planning and analysis for a consumer-packaged food and beverage company in Denver. There, he was integral to its tax-free spin-off and the eventual $12.5 billion sale of the company. His career also includes serving as vice president of Finance at an American food and beverage company, which is also the largest dairy company in the United States, and vice president and senior relationship manager at a multinational financial services company.
A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, Mr. Oldani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. He is currently a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and former board member of the Treasurer’s Roundtable.
