Jim is responsible for all international strategic marketing and branding activities, enhancing brand awareness, developing corporate communications, and supporting business development activities.

He has over 25 years of experience leading the marketing and business development efforts of several public and private companies in technology, mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, and tax.

He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Commercial Art degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
