Greg is responsible for all of Ryan’s legal affairs, including corporate affairs and governance, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, employment, intellectual property, real estate, litigation and bankruptcy. Greg also serves as Secretary of the company.

He is licensed in the State of Texas, and has over 20 years of experience handling a variety of complex commercial matters. After representing Ryan for over ten years as outside counsel, Greg has served as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) since the beginning of 2006.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri, and a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University Law School.
