  • President, U.S. Operations and Principal, Ryan, Dallas office
    – Leads all aspects of tax service delivery operations
       within the United States, which includes 16 tax practices and
       Quality Assurance practice.
  • Principal, Ryan, Dallas office
    – Specializes in providing transaction tax services, including
       multistate audit defense representation, research,
       reverse audits, and transaction tax education on a national
       basis.
    – In addition to transaction tax services, Ms. Kissling
       specializes in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program, which is a
       business incentive for capital investment and new or
       retained jobs, and other state and local incentives in Texas.

    Ms. Kissling lectures on various tax topics for Ryan clients. Additionally, she has appeared as a speaker for the following organizations:
