Turn by Turn Driving Directions from El Paso International Airport
- Out of airport, take Airway Blvd. south to Interstate 10.
- Take Interstate 10 West to the Downtown exit.
- After exiting, turn left on Kansas Street and proceed to parking garage on the left side of Kansas Street across from the Wells Fargo Bank Plaza Building.

Parking Directions
This location requires you to take a ticket. A cashier will be on duty from 7:30am until 6:30pm. Parking is free after 6:30pm. The designated visitor parking is on the third level of the garage. Take the elevator to the lower level and walk through the underpass that goes underneath the street. Go past the escalators, and you will see two sets of elevators on your right. Take any elevator to the 21st floor. Rates are based on the following schedule:
First 1/2 hour: $1 + tax
1/2 hour – 1 hour: $2 + tax
1 hour – 1 1/2 hours: $3 + tax
Anything over 1 1/2 hours: $4 + tax
Payments must be in cash only. No credit cards will be accepted.
