Delta leads Ryan’s Learning and Organizational Development function, with strategic and tactical responsibility for Corporate Excellence initiatives, Professional Development Training, and Technical Training. She also serves as Executive Director of the Ryan Foundation, overseeing corporate philanthropy and community outreach initiatives.

With more than 25 years of Human Resources, Training, and Organizational Development leadership experience in professional services, information technology, and financial services companies, Delta has played key roles in both start-up and Fortune 1000 entities. Prior to accepting the opportunity to create and lead the Learning and Organizational Development group, Delta established and led Ryan’s global Human Resources function, with strategic and tactical responsibility for all aspects of talent management.

Delta is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from Angelo State University and a Master of Arts degree in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University.
