As CFO, David is responsible for global financial tax reporting and planning, banking and risk management, and internal operational reporting for the Firm.

David has over 20 years of financial management and leadership experience including public accounting and prior CFO roles in publicly traded and privately held companies. His experience also includes initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.

David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. David is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
