Brooke is responsible for all Quality Assurance activities, including client engagement audits, client satisfaction surveys, and the development of policies and best practices for delivering high-quality tax consulting services. Since joining Ryan in 1998, Brooke has served as Sales and Use Tax Manager and Director of Quality Assurance, and has assisted with several key technical and quality training initiatives for the Firm.

She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master of Science Degree in Accounting (Emphasis in Taxation) from The University of Texas at Dallas.
