As Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Jennifer leads Ryan’s global HR Services, responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, global rewards, and employment practices.
Jennifer has more than 15 years of Human Resources and Benefits Management experience in professional services, health care, and non-profit organizations. Her experience includes talent management and acquisition strategies, HR systems implementation, global compensation and benefit programs, corporate wellness, mergers and acquisitions, and training and development. Jennifer joined Ryan in 2005 and has been instrumental in building the Firm’s global Human Resources function.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
